Each journal is crafted from genuine full grain leather, a material that carries its natural history with it. Natural scars, creases, and subtle tonal variations are inherent to the hide. We strive to thoughtfully disclose visible markings within each listing.

Crafted from full-grain, vegetable-tanned leather, your journal will naturally soften and deepen in tone as it develops a rich patina over time.

To preserve its beauty:

Keep dry and avoid prolonged sun exposure
If wet, allow to air dry naturally. Never apply heat
Avoid cleaning with water; wipe gently with a dry, soft cloth only
Condition sparingly, only when the leather feels dry

Use a light, neutral conditioner made primarily with beeswax or plant-based waxes (such as carnauba). Products with minimal oils and a wax-forward formula are best.

Avoid mink oil, neatsfoot oil, heavy oil-based conditioners, silicone sprays, and petroleum-based products, as these may darken the leather or cause dye transfer.

Always spot test in a discreet area before full application.

Natural marks and scuffs are part of the leather’s character.

Because each journal is handcrafted specifically for its release, all sales are final and we’re unable to accept returns or exchanges.
